White Tree is a product of Onlife Inc ("we", "us"). We build a product whose entire premise is that organisations should own and control their memory, so we hold ourselves to the same standard with yours. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact form. When you write to us through the site we collect what you give us: your name, email address, company if you include it, and your message. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose. Messages are stored in our own systems and a copy is delivered to the founding team by email.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free. Google Analytics sets cookies; the data we receive is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data as part of serving and securing the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Google (analytics) and Resend (email delivery). We do not use anything you send us to train AI models.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to is live, and reviewed periodically after that. Analytics data is retained according to the defaults of the respective providers.
Your rights
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Email hello@whitetree.dev and you will hear back from a person.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
